ABOUT.ME-OBESITY WOMEN - KEEP WALKING FOR 1 HOUR



The "Obesity Women" best thing to decrease weight is to become a vegetarian. Believe in yourself, then only Weight loss is possible. Losing weight takes time, and it will be a slow process. Apart from diet control, you’ve join fitness centre for keeping the weight under control.

Never Weight Loss, in a hurry. Keep the target of 1 year and an average of 10 kgs weight loss, which means reasonable. Starving will lose weight, but will keep your body out of control. Also do strength training to keep you in momentum. If you reduce weight in tantrum, your skin will opt out due to loss of muscles due to starvation. Aim almost 10 kgs of weight loss in a span of 6 months to 1 year will be a reasonable idea - "Obesity Women"

Never eat this foodstuff like sweet potato, potato, ghee, butter, cheese, paneer, vanaspati ghee and tapioca till you Achieve your aim. Never touch it until you reduce your weight.

Say No to fast foods. Fast foods spoil your body beyond your imagination. What they do is store excessive fats and it will be difficult to remove from your body. It spoils the digestive system too.

Another harmful thing is the Soft Drinks. If you take Soft Drinks means you’re consuming only Sugar. It provides extra Calories in large quantities. They make you feel as if you’re obese. Ban your soft drinks and Fast foods - "Obesity Women".

Eat lot of proteins which will completely cut your fat from the body. It also provides you more Energy too. Fruits which provide protein are Oranges, Margarine, Pears, Papaya, etc. You can consume more Nutrella Soybean balls, Tofu, Green Leaves, Vegetables and Sprouted Legumes. Drink Fresh Juice from fruits directly better than Canned Fruit Juices. This will make you energetic.

Early morning, please take a brisk Walk of about 40 minutes. You’ve to walk as fast as you can. Walking provides benefit to the whole body. Gradually increase it to 1 hour per day early in the morning. Walking is considered to be Pioneer of all the Exercises. Please try to walk in the near-by woods, which will make your feel energetic, get good oxygen and create good eye site.

Initial months, the reduction of weight will be bare minimum. It will take time for the body to adjust to your new regime. Don’t get demoralized. Always make it a habit to exercise and eat regularly. Drink fresh juices and Sleep well. To achieve something is to work hard. Don’t compare with others as all body shapes and movements are not same.

"THE" OBESITY WOMAN - START JOGGING



"THE" OBESITY WOMEN, new to this week exercise is we are starting to run. Not run full time Special And get yourself sick. Start your day at 5AMwp.me with a 15 minutes warm-up like stretching your legs, arms, shoulders, knee, buttocks etc. Please do have a good pair of shoes for running Women. Good Shoes means you must be comfortable with while walking and running. 



Now, jog for at least 2 minutes continuously. If you feel any type of breathing problem in, please stop And start walking faster. This will also do. If "THE" OBESITY WOMEN is more than 65 kgs, please walk, don’t run. While running the main thing you’ve do is to breathe from your nose only. If you breathe from your mouth, tiredness starts creeping in, Beautiful Women. After 15 minutes, don’t sit; take a walk near the park or road-side for Good Fitness

 
Then see how you feel. After that, attempt 1 minute run now. Stay fit And feel that your legs are creeping up not down. Breathing is okay and body is responding. Only jog, don’t go for a sprint or speed running. When you finish take a long walk and sit for at least 15 minutes. Keep your leg muscles shaking and be in momentum. 





After 15 minutes, once more do 1 minute running. This time see that you run a bit slow according to your situation. While running see that your breathing is good. Then if you feel tired, go for a speedy walk. After this sit for 10 minutes and do stretching Fitness Exercise for 10 minutes concentrating to abdomen, legs, shoulder and push-ups. OBESITY WOMEN - NEW POWER EXERCISE

"Obesity Women", now we’ve finished 10 days of good Fitness training. I think almost 2 – 3 kilogram of fat has been reduced. Diet remains the same. Eat heavy Breakfast, Have good Lunch and Fruits plus juice for Dinner. This will not only keep you fit but also provide you vital Energy to work and enjoy your life. 





"Obesity Women", this week we will be changing some FitnessExercise pattern. Please do 5 minutes of warm-up exercise like bending, catching your feet from behind, waving your arms etc. Start your stop watch and try to walk 100 meters at a slow pace and another 100 meters at a better pace. Relax for 50 meters but keep on walking. Don’t sit down. 





Now, you’ve to try doing 200 meters of Sports Fitness at brisk pace. Keep your mouth shut and do breathing with your nose only. After finishing this please sit down and rest for at least 15 minutes. Do deep breathing at this time by taking in oxygen heavily and leaving out at once. After interval, please do 150 meters of Health Fitness brisk walking. This time you take rest for another 10 minutes. 



Relax well, if you feel any pain, stop here and do some push-ups and abdomen. If not, Brisk walk for at least 100 meters. Relax for at least 5 minutes and do the same of 100 meters fast. Sit down and relax for another 15 minutes. 




Now, do Fitness Gym abdomen exercise 15 times i.e., 1 set = 15 abdomen [sit-ups]. Relax for 10 minutes. Do at least 10 squats and 15 push-ups today. Relax for another 10 minutes. Go home, have breakfast of bread, egg and milk. Thank you “Obesity Women”.
