“Obesity Women” – Health Issues & Remedies



"Obesity Women" have less insulin production due to body fat, hence they will be affected by Diabetes Type- 2. Abdomen Obese are prone to diseases related to heart and cardio-vascular diseases. Due to fat accumulation, Muscular and Skeleton pain continues to hamper women as fat creates blockage of blood flow in the system. Knee gets affected due to increase weight and hampers the movement of legs. Suppression of sex-hormones happens due to weight gain and creates infertility. 

Contraception is inapplicable to "Obesity Women" which can cause unplanned pregnancies. Breastfeeding will also be affected due to low duration, delay in production of milk and less intention to feed.  Depression is the main cause for women community who’re affected with obesity. Cancer survival rate in women who’re obese are less compared to skinny women community.                     

So we start our day with half-an-hour of exercise as mentioned below:-
 
Get up early morning by 6 o’ Clock. Freshen up. Put on your shoes, ladies. If you have a dog takes them as training partner. Do some mini stretching like Bending and Catch your toes, Enlarge your arms. Bend your Knees. Open your mobile and start your Stop Watch.  


Walk slowly for at least 50 steps. Inhale Oxygen Heavily; Hold it for few seconds, Exhale. If you feel better, go for 100 steps. Even if it’s a round park, take a round [ ie., 50 steps counted] and feel everything okay. If not stand there for 5 minutes and do the next 100 steps, Move your hands forward and backward to accelerate you’re walking. Stop for a while. Then try 150 steps. Have a break of 10 minutes. Sit and enjoy the environment like watch the Sun, Birds and feel the Music of wind flowing by. At that time, move your abdomen in and out fast. Do at least 10 times and relax. Do at least 2 sets of 10 each sitting.

Then get up and do another 100 steps. Relax and …..then do stretching exercise shown below:- 

                                                     


 1. Abdomen Exercise: 10 Nos [1 set]. Every exercise doesn’t 


    overdue. Do according to capacity.

2. Sit Down/Squat: 10 Nos [1 set] or at Minimum Capacity.

3. Don’t do it, we will do later

4. Move Leg Forward: 5 Nos [1 Set] or Minimum. Enjoy while 
    you do exercising. Smile

5. Push –Ups: 5 Nos [1 Set] or Minimum you can do

6. Stretching: 5 Nos [1 Set] or Minimum. 

Relax for few minutes. After 10 minutes, take a fresh lemon juice with sugar. Have a nap for half-an- hour. After doing this bare minimum please inform me. I would like to listen to you. Enjoy your walking with me. We want to fight back "Obesity Women"

From now, a slight change in your eating habits. Vegetable Salad is a must for Breakfast and Lunch. Breakfast you can have Bread, Eggs, Milk and Fruit Salad. Lunch consist of 2 Chapatti’s, Vegetable Salad, Pulses, Vegetable. You’ve to drink more and more water to lose fat. We prefer fresh juice instead of canned juice. No fizzy drinks for 6 days. You can eat 1 pastry, if you want as sweetener. That’s all. Try "Obesity Women" and message me on the following email:-
