Obesity Woman - What To Eat For Breakfast

Obesity Woman are in confusion that What to eat for Breakfast. Eat heavy breakfast as you're eating after a long gap. First thing, I usually prefer to skip dinner. If you can't skip, no problem eat lot of raw fruits, Salad, juices, etc. 

Things To Avoid :-

You Will Be Fit and Become Beautiful Too

1. Obesity Woman become a raw veggy rather than be a non-vegetarian.
  
2. Avoid Pizza's, Burger, Pastries, Kellogs, Sweeteners and Carbonated Drinks [pepsi, coke, mirinda].

3. Try to avoid alcohol in the night. You can take at least Single Peg, if regular taker.    

4. Boiled Rice, Potatoes, Dairy products, Nuts and fatty oils are to be used at bare minimum.  

5. Chocolate ice cream you can eat at least 1 corn a week.

6. Banana, Seasonal Fruits, mango can be consumed in any quantity  for Obesity Woman.

7. While eating don't eat full stomach. Leave some space for good digestion.

8. When you get up, drink as much water as you can which will keep the system in order.

9.  After brushing, have a glass full of lemon juice with sugar or honey which reduces fat. 
Energy Will be Vitalized

10. Have heavy breakfast with sprouted peas, pulses, chana, etc according to where you stay.
