All Obesity women want to be slim and trim. But due to excess work load, tension of maintaining the family, Looking after the loved ones [Kids] and Hubby make women less care for their body. God has created women community same like a flower. Plants do care flower the most. Women due to excessive load, stop maintaining them and let fat grow in them, make them shapeless, sleepless and more tend to more restless.
Nothing is fast and furious 7. But i will help Obesity Woman to get in shape a bit faster, more easier and more lovelier.
Routine 1:
A. Get up early. Freshen yourself and then take a light walk of 1 - 2 kms. Don't Exert.
B. Skip Dinner and instead come-up with fresh fruits for summer i prefer water melon; Mango juice etc
C. Before starting get a note book weigh yourself and write it down with date and time. After that take your
Blood Pressure and mark your SYS, DIA and Pulse. Also write it down.
D. In Summer with lunch please add Salad like Cucumber, Tomato and even Onion and eat minimum
one Plateful and eat your meals. This is an added fibre, also freshen your body, plus make your
skin glow and give calories to your body. This will rejuvenate digestion. Also food intake will
be lesser.
E. While walking if your feel tired, just sit for a while of 5 - 10 minutes and then start
F. Timer must be at least 30 minutes in your stop watch when you finish it to fight Obesity. Thanking you
