Cutting fat in your diet is better than looking for a dietician
to control the intake of carbohydrate, a United States study has shown
recently. When the intake of calories has been cut has shown more weight loss
than controlling intake of carbohydrate.
Please try not to eat “Carbs” and stick to your normal diet, which will
not fatten yourself.
Breakfast, is the thing you’re eating after a gap of about 8-9
hours. And a slight dinner will be better a day before and heavy breakfast must
compensate that. Try to eat bread, eggs, milk, fresh juice when you take
breakfast. Always eat heavily and early before 9.00 AM. This will help you to
burn your food earlier and keep you in trim.
Lunch, you can take it half-stomach, but will pulses full of
protein, rice and wheat to the extent that your stomach will be half-filled. Apart
from that prepare a good salad with green leaves, some sprouted beans, slightly
limed and carrots plus beats, which will fill your stomach, but not fully fill
it.
Dinner is the same. Eat as little as you can. Eat at least 2
pieces of bread, chappatis with good vegetables. Drink a glass of cow milk
before going to bed. This will enhance your sleeping mode and make you fresh
the next day.
Avoid Carbohydrates, which will make less insulin, automatically
lead to less disease.
Morning and evening, go for a good walk of about 30 minutes,
which will burn the extra, what you have???
If you want to eat junk food, eat for a single day as one diet
in the afternoon. Please avoid this for dinner as it will be not having time to
digest and remove it.
