United Kingdom is in another crisis called Diabetes, which has soared about 60% in a decade, warns Medical experts.


3.3 million people are suffering in one or another form of Diabetes compared to 2.1 million in the year 2005. This, if not controlled will lead to amputation plus blindness, which will strain the vast human resource. 90% of the Diabetes cases are type 2, which is directly linked with diet and obesity.


Type 1 though developed in early childhood will be unable to produce insulin hormone which controls the blood sugar.


Dr. Joan of St. John in North-West London says that conditions of Diabetes are widespread incredibly and is considered to be highest in the country. This will lead to loss of vision, damage to organs and damage to nerves.  Apart from that it will lead to foot amputations every week.


Nerve damage can cause ache which will be gnawing constantly in foot and legs and there is no major medicine for this. Now if you look at the NHS drugs bill nearly 10% are considered to be used for Diabetes medicine. About UK Pound 869 million is spent on insulin, metformin, and other Diabetic medicine which accounted to just 6.6% of the current budget.

The main reason for this diabetic is the lifestyle.

1.People stop eating sugar for long and start to eat jaggery, which can be imported from India.


2.People start to eat basil leaves, Neem leaves and please start cooking food in your kitchen, than eating fast food.


3.Fast food means Pizza, Burger, Cold Drinks all have excess amount of sugar collaborated and change it to good foods at home. This will change the lifestyle and other bad habits.


4.Morning, please get up early or at any time, do brisk walking for about 1 hour. You can do walking with your pet which will make both of you fit.


5.After reaching home, please drink fresh lemon juice with honey with slightly warm water. This will start reducing your waist and your flab will come down.


 6.Instead of sugar you can use stevia, which is 300 times more sweet but less risky than normal sugar. Stop using normal sugar, and ask your country to ban it.


7. Eat fresh fruits daily and be fresh. Avoid canned foods too.


8. Eat fresh vegetables daily, raw and cooked too.


9. Do as much sex with your boyfriend, husband and this will reduce stress and also reduce weight


10.  Please try to create colon cleaning by eating some herbs and wash it 3 to 4 times a month. this will reduce weight and remove toxic from you. 


This will save England from Diabetes……………..

The "Obesity Women" best thing to decrease weight is to become a vegetarian. Believe in yourself, then only Weight loss is possible. Losing weight takes time, and it will be a slow process. Apart from diet control, you’ve join fitness centre for keeping the weight under control.

Never Weight Loss, in a hurry. Keep the target of 1 year and an average of 10 kgs weight loss, which means reasonable. Starving will lose weight, but will keep your body out of control. Also do strength training to keep you in momentum. If you reduce weight in tantrum, your skin will opt out due to loss of muscles due to starvation. Aim almost 10 kgs of weight loss in a span of 6 months to 1 year will be a reasonable idea - "Obesity Women"

Never eat this foodstuff like sweet potato, potato, ghee, butter, cheese, paneer, vanaspati ghee and tapioca till you Achieve your aim. Never touch it until you reduce your weight.

Say No to fast foods. Fast foods spoil your body beyond your imagination. What they do is store excessive fats and it will be difficult to remove from your body. It spoils the digestive system too.

Another harmful thing is the Soft Drinks. If you take Soft Drinks means you’re consuming only Sugar. It provides extra Calories in large quantities. They make you feel as if you’re obese. Ban your soft drinks and Fast foods - "Obesity Women".

Eat lot of proteins which will completely cut your fat from the body. It also provides you more Energy too. Fruits which provide protein are Oranges, Margarine, Pears, Papaya, etc. You can consume more Nutrella Soybean balls, Tofu, Green Leaves, Vegetables and Sprouted Legumes. Drink Fresh Juice from fruits directly better than Canned Fruit Juices. This will make you energetic.

Early morning, please take a brisk Walk of about 40 minutes. You’ve to walk as fast as you can. Walking provides benefit to the whole body. Gradually increase it to 1 hour per day early in the morning. Walking is considered to be Pioneer of all the Exercises. Please try to walk in the near-by woods, which will make your feel energetic, get good oxygen and create good eye site.

Initial months, the reduction of weight will be bare minimum. It will take time for the body to adjust to your new regime. Don’t get demoralized. Always make it a habit to exercise and eat regularly. Drink fresh juices and Sleep well. To achieve something is to work hard. Don’t compare with others as all body shapes and movements are not same.
