Menopause :-

Menopause can not be prevented but can be controlled. It's a part of stages which women community suffers, but can be prevented with healthy life chores. 

 Eat always a healthy diet consisting of vegetables, whole grain, fruits, ghee, saturated oil, sugar, etc which will enhance the falling health at this time. This time weight gain is possible, so please try to do half an hour of exercise, though painful. Fat gain in stomach is possible at this time. But, 

 

Eat only when you feel hungry. 

 

Get some tablet of calcium and Vitamin D tablets, to enhance and destroy the growing fat accumulation. 

Drink more amount of warm water in the day which can reduce the fat content in abdomen area. Sleep well, whenever you get time and at night time.

 

Avoid Caffeine at night. 

Keep your room cool, have pillows attached to the stomach and sleep well. Before sleeping have a dose of good comedy serial, which can enhance your sleep and calmness. 

 

Try to do exercise 5 days a week

 

I know ladies are having more work at home and in office. But try to do it at least for half an hour per day. 

 

There is chance for a rise in Blood Pressure when production of estrogen declines. For this eat good food and healthy foods and do exercise every day. Before sleeping drink warm Milk, which will get you good sleep. 

 

Women Community, you keep on doing work, having child/children, working for kids, working in office, sharing the life with husband can erode your Bone Strength. During Menopause, Bone strength will decline as estrogen helps in keeping bone strength intact. 

 

Eat Calcium tablet [Soluble] and Vitamin D

 

If having time, take a hove of morning sun, which will enhance Vitamin D in your body.

Processed meats, smoking and tumour can provide you cancer which is well-known. But we’ve seen from research that hidden cancer are developing in our home due to our daily lives ie., sitting. 


People spending more hours sitting which can provide you higher risk of developing different types of cancer and it’s considered to be 66%.
You must be physically active and research done on 43 studies found that daily routine and mainly sitting and cancer incidence are having a link becoming a couch potato by watching TV, create more incidence for cancer. Don’t sit now and do some exercise while sitting and in the daily routine.  


Sitting can create 24% greater risk of colon cancer;

Sitting can create 32% risk of endometrial cancer;

Sitting can create 21% risk of lung cancer.

Watching TV linked to 54% risk of creating colon cancer;

Watching TV linked to 66% risk of endometrial cancer.



For 2 hours per day if the person is sitting in front of TV can increase the risk of colon cancer by 8% and endometrial cancer by 10%. But the researcher did not find any link between other types of cancer, like breast cancer, prostate cancer and non-hodgkin lymphoma. 


People who did mild exercise after had found low blood sugar levels when compared with people who never got up after eating.
Endometrial cancer is linked with obesity and weight gain. Obesity can create inflammation and enhance certain hormones that links to create tumor formation. 


Weight gain can lower Vitamin D and contribute to higher risk of colon cancer. 

TV watching can enhance the drinking of more sugar content like coke, pepsi and Miranda which is already unhealthy and create hormone for cancer production. 

So, women stop sitting in front of TV and if sitting do some exercise and keep yourself.

Choose an Exercise which do enjoy yourself and convenient plus maintain a fitness routine and lose weight. Jogging in the house can also burn calories while staying at home. But, weekend you can go to the park and do jogging which will enhance oxygen content in your body. 


Jogging in front of TV can make you do 2 things like watching your favorite channel and also reduce weight by doing exercise. Apart from that, it will burn calories and reduce weight. 


Please don’t jog for hours and do it in intervals. Jogging in a place for at least 12 minutes will surely burn at least 100 calories. But also jog in the stairs and do it very safely. Don’t rush in the stairs and if you feel gasping, stop there and intake oxygen and after some time do it safely. Take rest after one full ride of stairs. If you feel weak, drink some lemon juice and do it again. 


Increase the exercise cycle after one week. Apart from that do Abdomen exercise and some stretching too. Ladies, freshen up in between and don’t catch the urine in the bladder for long. It will create urinary infection. Sleep well and enjoy your exercise.
