Increase Metabolism to Decrease Weight 

How to increase metabolism. Due to lack of metabolism, fat accumulate near the stomach which will provide bulge and non-structure for women community. 

To increase metabolism, means lesser accumulation of fat near the stomach or in the skin. For this you must have a strict control on diet and do regular exercise. 

Sugar must be avoided. Have strict diet, have a balanced diet. Eat green vegetables, Salad and fruits for keeping in diet. 

Half an hour before please eat this for faster Metabolism :-

Take a teaspoon. 

1.Put a pince of Black Pepper in it. 


2.Add honey with the black pepper. 

 

3.Also add some lime juice in it. 

 

4.Add a Pince of Salt with it, mix it with your finger and drink it.
