Now, jog for at least 2 minutes continuously. If you feel

When you finish take a long walk and sit for at least 15 minutes. Keep your leg
muscles shaking and be in momentum.
After 15 minutes, once more do 1 minute running. This
time see that you run a bit slow according to your situation. While running see
that your breathing is good. Then if you feel tired, go for a speedy walk.
After this sit for 10 minutes and do stretching Fitness Exercise for 10 minutes
