Never Weight Loss, in a hurry. Keep the target of 1 year and an average of 10 kgs weight loss, which means reasonable. Starving will lose weight, but will keep your body out of control. Never eat this foodstuff like sweet potato, potato, ghee, butter, cheese, paneer, vanaspati ghee and tapioca till you Achieve your aim. Never touch it until you reduce your weight.

Say No to fast foods. Fast foods spoil your body beyond your imagination. What they do is store excessive fats and it will be difficult to remove from your body. It spoils the digestive system too.

Another harmful thing is the Soft Drinks. If you take Soft Drinks means you’re consuming only Sugar. It provides extra Calories in large quantities. They make you feel as if you’re obese. Ban your soft drinks and Fast foods - "Obesity Women".

Eat lot of proteins which will completely cut your fat from the body. It also provides you more Energy too. Fruits which provide protein are Oranges, Margarine, Pears, Papaya, etc. You can consume more Nutrella Soybean balls, Tofu, Green Leaves, Vegetables and Sprouted Legumes. Drink Fresh Juice from fruits directly better than Canned Fruit Juices. This will make you energetic.

Early morning, please take a brisk Walk of about 40 minutes. You’ve to walk as fast as you can. Walking provides benefit to the whole body. Gradually increase it to 1 hour per day early in the morning. Walking is considered to be Pioneer of all the Exercises. Please try to walk in the near-by woods, which will make your feel energetic, get good oxygen and create good eye site.

Initial months, the reduction of weight will be bare minimum. It will take time for the body to adjust to your new regime. Don’t get demoralized. Always make it a habit to exercise and eat regularly. Drink fresh juices and Sleep well. To achieve something is to work hard. Don’t compare with others as all body shapes and movements are not same.
