Choose an Exercise which do enjoy
yourself and convenient plus maintain a fitness routine and lose weight. Jogging
in the house can also burn calories while staying at home. But, weekend you can
go to the park and do jogging which will enhance oxygen content in your body.
Jogging in front of TV can make you
do 2 things like watching your favorite channel and also reduce weight by doing
exercise. Apart from that, it will burn calories and reduce weight.
Please don’t jog for hours and do it
in intervals. Jogging in a place for at least 12 minutes will surely burn at
least 100 calories. But also jog in the stairs and do it very safely. Don’t
rush in the stairs and if you feel gasping, stop there and intake oxygen and
after some time do it safely. Take rest after one full ride of stairs. If you
feel weak, drink some lemon juice and do it again.
Increase the exercise cycle after
one week. Apart from that do Abdomen exercise and some stretching too. Ladies,
freshen up in between and don’t catch the urine in the bladder for long. It
will create urinary infection. Sleep well and enjoy your exercise.
